Establishment and Goals of the Company:
During the period 2012-2013, a group of businessmen and professional engineers cooperating and working in Greece conducted a market research in the wider Balkan region, with the aim of expanding their business activities outside the Greek territory. That research demonstrated and confirmed that there was a friendly investment environment in several neighboring countries, among which Bulgaria.
Theatertech.Bg Ltd Company was founded at the beginning of 2014 based in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria. The main object of the Company is consulting / Construction for Special Projects as described below.
Mrs. Agapi Kariotou is the Manager of Theatertech.Bg Ltd.
The Company has already been operating its Office, Exhibition Area and Warehouse in Southern Bulgaria, monitoring the production process and trade of specialized construction and engineering materials. One of the primary objectives of the Company is also to set up a craft business by the end of 2016.
As a consequence of its successful course in Bulgaria, Theatertech met all the requirements to be competitive and enter the Greek market, where the Company has already built a good reputation in its sector.
